Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for factory worker positions in the Czech Republic. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing tasks in a manufacturing environment, including machine operation, assembly, quality control, and packaging. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to safety standards.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Follow instructions and meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in a factory setting is an advantage but not required.
