We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented goods packers to join our logistics and warehouse team in Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging products safely and securely, ensuring accurate labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to quality and efficiency is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing and Preparation:
   • Carefully pack products into boxes or containers to prevent damage during transport.
   • Follow company guidelines for packaging and sealing to ensure safety and compliance.
   • Assemble and prepare orders based on customer requirements.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Inspect goods for defects or damages before packing.
   • Verify product counts and ensure accuracy against packing lists or invoices.
   • Report any quality or inventory issues to supervisors.
3. Labeling and Documentation:
   • Accurately label packages with shipping details, barcodes, or product information.
   • Maintain proper records of packed goods for inventory tracking.
   • Assist with documentation required for shipping and logistics.
4. Safety and Cleanliness:
   • Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
   • Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
   • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily packing quotas.
   • Assist in loading goods onto trucks or pallets as needed.
   • Support other warehouse tasks, such as sorting or inventory checks.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a packer, warehouse worker, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and pack items as required.
• Basic understanding of packaging and labeling systems.
• Proficiency in English or Norwegian (basic level).
