Key Responsibilities:

2. Organization and Workflow Efficiency:
   • Maintain organized sorting areas for efficient operations.
   • Ensure parcels are placed in the correct bins or racks for dispatch.
   • Work collaboratively to meet daily sorting quotas and deadlines.
3. Safety and Equipment Use:
   • Follow safety guidelines for lifting and handling parcels of varying sizes and weights.
   • Operate equipment such as conveyor belts and sorting machines, if trained.
   • Adhere to all workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents.
4. Quality Control:
   • Verify parcel labels for accuracy, ensuring they match sorting instructions.
   • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in sorting processes.
5. Collaboration and Communication:

Requirements
